Indiana police officer justified in fatal shooting of 18-year-old man

A Fort Wayne police officer was justified in fatally shooting an 18-year-old man last year and will not be charged, the Allen County Prosecutor's Office said. Magnitude 5.4 earthquake hits Alaska's coast

A magnitude 5.4 earthquake struck off the coast of southcentral Alaska on Sunday and was reported as widely felt in communities on the Kenai Peninsula, the Alaska Earthquake Center said. Ohio judge sentenced to life in prison without parole in fatal shooting of girlfriend's young children
